At Ciacho Company we are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read these terms and conditions as they apply to your use of this website at www.ciachocompany.com. By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms and conditions. For the purpose of this document the terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Ciacho Company and its related companies. Ciacho Company may amend this privacy policy as our business requirements or the laws change. Any changes to this privacy policy will be updated on this site.

Privacy Policy and Legal Obligation
Any personal information we collect from you is used to provide you with the best possible service and to keep you informed of any additional products or promotions we may offer. The Ciacho Company website takes every precaution possible to protect your personal and payment information with the use of Firewall and a secure server using the industry standard SSL encryption technology. Personal information that you submit to our site is used only for the purpose for which it is submitted. Personal information may be disclosed in special situations where we have reason to believe that doing so is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against anyone damaging or interfering (intentionally or unintentionally) with our rights or property or users.

Purchasing and Payment
All prices are in Polish Złoty (PLN) and are inclusive of VAT. When placing an order on www.ciachocompany.com, we record your personal details to confirm your identity and to ensure we send your order to the correct address or location. Your payment details are processed securely by our secure payment gateway using the industry standard SSL encryption technology. At no time do we record your credit card information on our site.

What sort of payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa card and PayPal. When paying on our website, you will be taken to a secure payment portal to finalise payment. PayPal allows you to pay from debit cards, credit cards or even directly from your bank account. Just follow the simple instructions on the payment portal for all payment types.

The provider of online payment services is Blue Media S.A

In terms of having to return the funds for the transaction made by the customer's credit card, seller will make repayment to a bank account assigned to the card payment holder.


How will I know that my order has been processed?
You may place your order by completing the checkout process on our website. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, for our international Ciacho lovers, we do not currently offer international freight through our online shopping facility. We will continue working on a solution where we can guarantee freshness, efficiency and ensure compliance with the European Union regulations. Please feel free to email us at ciacho@ciachocompany.com if you would like to discuss an international transaction.

Can I track my item?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, InPost/DPD will email you your package tracking number. You can track your item on the websites here: https://b2b.paczkomaty.pl/pl/sprawdz-status-paczek lub www.dpd.com.pl

If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam or deleted items folder just in case it has landed in there. Please email us if you need help tracking your package as we are always happy to assist.

How is my item delivered within Poland?
All items are packed appropriately and it is your choice to send via InPost Paczkomaty or DPD courier. To check InPost Paczkomat delivery times click here: https://b2b.paczkomaty.pl/pl/sprawdz-status-paczek and for DPD delivery times click here: www.dpd.com.pl

Please note – Delivery to some locations in Poland can sometimes take up to 2-3 business days. If you have chosen DPD as your delivery service and they attempt to deliver and no-one is at home then they should leave a calling card to let you know the necessary actions for collection.

When will my item be dispatched?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received and will be dispatched the next business day after your order is processed.

During payment by credit card, delivery time depends on the moment of obtaining a positive authorization from the bank.

How long does it take to deliver my item?

Please note delivery should be next day after dispatch but may take 2–3 business days in some areas.

Our products are precious cargo to us and our Ciacho lovers. We work very hard to treat them with the delicacy they deserve. However on very few occasions items can get damaged in transit that are beyond our control. If this happens, please email information and photos to ciacho@ciachocompany.com of the damaged item and packaging for review.

If your item does not arrive, or you think it may be lost, please email ciacho@ciachocompany.com with your order confirmation or InPost/DPD tracking number and we will follow up for you.

What address should I send my item to?
When entering your shipping details you can either select a business address or your personal residence.

If you choose InPost Paczkomat, your delivery will be made to an InPost Paczkomat close to your nominated address. You will receive information on your Paczkomat location and a collection code via text message and email.

If you choose DPD Courier, your delivery will be made directly to your nominated address. If a first attempt of delivery is unsuccessful, DPD will arrange delivery the following day or another day which you will choose on their website. This information will be provided via email by DPD.

What if I’m not happy with my Ciacho and want to return them?
It is most important to us that our Ciacho lovers are 100% satisfied. Ciacho Company take every precaution to ensure that your box arrives on time and in good condition. If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us on ciacho@ciachocompany.com within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.

Unfortunately, given that our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns for any of the below reasons:

a) Products that have been ordered incorrectly or in circumstances where you have a change of mind about the type of product chosen for any reason.

b) If you change your address or fail to enter the correct details on our website and the Ciacho products have been sent to the wrong address.

What if the particular product I want is out of stock?
Whilst we make every effort to ensure availability of all products shown on this site, at any one time there may be items unavailable. If a purchase of an unavailable item is made, the purchaser will be offered the choice of a full refund, or to choose another equally tasty product.
